Bio
Coach Araújo brings a unique combination of professional playing experience and extensive coaching background across the professional, collegiate, and youth levels. Originally from Brazil, he has spent many years developing student-athletes and building competitive soccer programs in the United States.
Araújo most recently worked in South Florida, where he continued his involvement in player development and coaching at the collegiate level. Prior to that, he served at Wiley University in Texas, where he played a key role in building the soccer program from the ground up. During his time at Wiley, Araújo helped guide both the men’s and women’s programs to conference championships and established himself as one of the most successful coaches in the program’s history. He currently holds the record for most victories in the soccer program, highlighting his ability to build winning teams and long-term success.
